I'm not sure what you are talking about. "no$gba" isn't even close to a real word. But if your game is freezing then there are two possible problems; there is something wrong with the physical game (the cartridge), or you've been hacking/cheating. If it's the former, you need a new game cartridge, if it's the later then you need to restart the game.

Enable the sound because Pokemon diamond and pearl need sound to play
