I think you mean Snowpoint temple it's where you find legendary Pokemon Regigigas. You find it just north of Snowpoint City. You will only be allowed to enter after you've beaten the Elite Four. Thing is you can only battle Regigigas when you have the three Regis with you. The only way to get these Pokemon is through migrating them to your game or trading. If you have wifi then you can ask for someone in the Pokemon Trading Forum for them. Just make sure to list the Pokemon your willing to trade for the three Regis.
