I want a lucario does anybody know the best place to find one or what Pokemon evolves into it if any

There is only one way to get Lucario on this game. First go to Canalave City and on the western part of the city, find the sailor. Talk to him, and you should be able to go to Iron Mountain. On Iron Mountain, you can recieve an egg containing Riolu, and if you bring it's happiness level up to 220 in the daytime, it'll evolve into Lucario.

go to canalave cityand go on the the boat to iron island and make sure youve got one empty space in your pokemon party
