you can't get to the Kanto and Johto regions on diamond. The regions are only avialable in heart gold and soul silver games.

theyre not only availble gold and silver there are a couple other games in the johto and kanto but you cant get there in diamond if youre there your a really good hacker with cheats on gameshark or action replay otherwise if your there your not playing diamond :3

well...u can't but u can tranfer any kanto and johto pokemon. but to do this u have to complete your pokedex and u must have any GBA pokemon game.then u go to Pal Park on rout 224 with both games on their slots
