Why won't my pokemon evolve?
I have a Rioliu in Pokemon diamond that won't evolve into Lucario. It is level 50. I've tryed everything but nothing will work. Please tell me why

It's most likely due to the fact that Riolu doesn't evolve depending on level alone, it evolves depending on the amount of happiness it has too. Just keep it in the first of your party for a while, it'll evolve soon enough.

There are two things you need to do if you want to evolve Riolu into Lucario:
1. Max out his happiness. Winning lots of battles pretty much guarantees this.
2. Make sure it levels up during the daytime.

You have to get a lot of happiness. Just let it win a bunch of low level battles that you know you will win and let riolu battle all the time unless it's worstcase scenario cause it's all happiness when I got mine I thought it evolved at level 30 because mine evolved at level 30 then I found out
