lucario training

I need to train my lucario quickly for the steel gym but am having little luck. Does anyone know a way that doesnt require AR?

A way that I can see is that you can use the VS seeker on various, higher-leveled trainers. I would suggest using it on the route right before the city with the steel gym. (I can't think of the exact route number right now, but there is only one route right before that city)
In particular, use it on the two fisherman who are standing side by side, both facing the same direction. One trainer has 1 Gyarados and five Magikarp, while the other trainer has two Gyarados'. Gyarados give you loads of EXP points, so I would start there.

Just like steel dragons said. Heres another way iron island since lucario is fighting steel the steel and rock types would suck.

If you have a really good Pokemon with a high level as in 50 and up, you can get a Exp. Share in the game and put in on your Lucario, like Steel Dragon said you can use the Vs. Seeker to seek harder computers so you can share you Exp. Points to level up your Lucario.[i][/i]
