I went to a Pokemon center, and after the nurse healed my Pokemon, she said this, "Your Pokemon seem to be infected with a virus, called Pokerus. Little is known about Pokerus, except it makes Pokemon grow espically well."
I don't think it is harnful, but what is it?

Well, you're lucky. The pokerus virus will affect your Pokemon for 1-3 days. It will cause the to gain double EVs, and if they're holding the Macho Brace, they'll gain quadruple the EV points. If I were you, I'd let it infect my whole party, then get a Pokemon from the PC in your party and infect that, too. Then, store that Pokemon in the PC, so you'll always have a Pokemon with pokerus, Just in case you want to train another pokemon. And because it's in the PC, that Pokemon will never lose the pokerus (unless you carry it around with you)
Pokerus is a condition that for about 1-4 days will cause the affected Pokemon to gain double Effort Values, which increase stats, for defeating Pokemon. Basically the affected Pokemon are holding a Macho Brace, but without the Speed reduction, and the Macho Brace can be held to quadruple the Effort Value gain. If the Pokemon with Pokerus has or can get the Effort Ribbon in Sunyshore market, then the Pokerus basically has no effect.
