mystery gift trouble

When I go to mystery gift it only says recieve gift. Can I send gifts. If so is it possible to send a gift via wireless communiunications. And what could I send.

No, mystery gift in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl is not like the mystery gift in Gold/Silver. It was used for Pokemon events, which are now over.
