How is it Possible to raise a level one pok�mon?

It's impossible to actually obtain a Pokemon at level one, since when Eggs hatch, the Pokemon that hatches from them is level five, and the lowest level Pokemon found in the wild is level two.

Anyway, the trick to raising a low level Pokemon is to put it at the front of your party. Then, when you enter battle, immediately switch it out and send in something strong. When the opponent's Pokemon has fainted, your low-levelled Pokemon will receive half of the experience points gained from fighting that Pokemon, even though it was barely in the battle for a second. If the opposing trainer has more than one Pokemon, agree to switch Pokemon as he sends out a new one, and send out your low-levelled Pokemon again. Then just repeat the process.

If an opposing trainer has a Pokemon that you think your low-levelled Pokemon might be able to beat, keep it in and try. If it does win, it will gain all of the experience and it's levels are likely to skyrocket.

Somewhat easy. 1 borrow some dudes ds who has either diamond or pearl, start a new game on the borrowed game unlock it then trade to your game, OR you could get an original gameboy advance game give your Pokemon on that game the exp share then transfer it Pal Park, trust me it got me 6 exp shares and because of that I have some of the best Pokemon all lvl 100 hope this helps.

First you put it in the first slot in your party then battle somebody and switch your weak with a strong Pokemon and defeat the other Pokemon the weak Pokemon will gain exp and level up
