What would be the best Pokemon to start out with?
1.I know that all of the Pokemon that you first have to choose have weaknesses to other Pokemon (for example fire is weak to water, and grass is weak to fire, and water is weak to grass etc.) and I don't know which would be the best possible Pokemon to choose for the first start of the game. I also want to keep my team as minimal as possible with about 2 to 4 Pokemon in my main team (I can of course get weak Pokemon that I can teach my HM's to)
2. Is there a Hidden Power TM anywhere in Jubilife city that I can teach my Abra to so I can fight with it once I start my new game (if I do start a new game)?
3.Where can I get Eevee and how would I evolve it (because it can evolve into any type of Pokemon)?

Turtwig, definately!
Turtwig is only REALLY hurt by ice, and thats easy to take care of if you have a ponyta (or some other fire-type) in your party.
I don't think so, but if you have action replay there is a code for you to have all TMs X95.
You can get an eevee from bebe in [hearthome(more likely) or judlife]. OR frommr. Biglot (the owner of the mansion right below hearthome) at certain times.
PS: it can only evolve into seven different forms.

The water starter or the grass is best.
No not that I know of.
Eevee can't evole into all the types. If you use thunderstone you get Jolteon, a water stone will make it a Vaporeon, fire stone you get a Flareon. To get Espeon or Umbreon you have to have max friendship.Train it at night after it likes you and you get Umbreon. Train in the day you get espeon. For Leafeon train next to moss rock in Eterna Forest. Glaceon you get by leveling up next to icy rock.
You can get Eevee by catching it in the Trophy Garden or getting it as a gift in Hearthome City.

I say that Chimchar is the best starter. There is only 2 fire types untill you get the national dex. It's easier tocatch the other types thats y I say chimchar.
U get hidden power in jubalife frome one of the trainers in the Pokemon scholl after you beat him.
Eevee can only got by talking to bebe when you have national dex or trophy garden, or migrate from gba game.

1. Actually, there isnt a best, (Truth) the three starters may have weaknesses at some points, and blah, but really, just pick the one that you really want.
2. Yeah. Beat the two trainers inside the Trainers School and they will give you it.
3.Both, but for bebe, you have to get the national dex first, then go over to bebe. (Shes in hearthome city)

Actually, I think there is no best. Every single Pokemon has a weakness no matter if it's rare or if it's just an average pokemon. Just pick the one that you think is strongest. Hopes my advice helped. (silentgirl)

I think it's chimchar but this is your choice if you do pick chimchar than you will have trouble with the first gym leader but that problem can be solved by catching a wild machop and use fighting type moves only.
