How should I raise my pokemon?

How should I raise my pokemon?

1. How should I raise my Pokemon because last time I used cheats and I had to start a new game.

2.Rate my pokemon:

Prinplup Lv.30 moves: Rocksmash, Cut, Bubblebeam, & Metal Claw

Luxio Lv.22 moves: Tackle, Spark, Charge, & Bite

Chingling Lv.22 moves: Wrap, Confusion, Astonish, & Grass Knot
&
Ponyta Lv.18 moves: Tackle, Growl, Tail Whip, & Ember

3. I have another question if anyone knows. I was using Action Replay before this and I went into the cave in Celestic town without battling and winning the galactic grunt. I went to battle him and after I did and he said he would blow up Celestic town and went off the screen and it immidiently froze.

Help me please!

Comment:(Sep 12 2009) I also think that I should make a new game and get chimchar instead, I think this because I had trouble with Prinplup beating the second gym.

1. Raise them normally by battling trainers and wild pokemon.

2. Try to teach HM moves to un-needed Pokemon like bidoof or starly. Your Prinplup should be your main Pokemon so you might wanna not teach it HM's. The rest of your Pokemon have pretty good moves for their levels, so keep it up.

3. You may have skipped part of the story or your AR screwed up the story. If the freezing persists then you may have to start a new game.

You should raise them naturally: battle trainers and wild Pokemon whenever you get the chance.
Just go with the flow! It makes the game more exiting- I did that and I have a lv. 100 grotile and lv. 52 rapidash, lv.91 dragonite (which was hard to get by the way), lv. 53 starraptor, lv. 53 luxray, and lv. 56 weavile. (and many more that are way cooler than that)

I rate your team a 6.8, not that good, but it's a start! =)

And all the advise I can give you is turn it off (so it goes back to your last save) sorry

Hope I helped! =D

I've never cheated on a gba game and I beat all gyms, and the league. What I do is get the fire type (they usually get the good moves) only teach it moves that inflict damage, and only train that first Pokemon until I get exp share. Use masterball on legendary in this case dialga, give it exp share and put it second in party and go through the game as normal. Get as many revives and max potions as possible. Get a few full heals. In the league fight until infernape and dialga get knocked out. Throw out 3rd Pokemon and just use it's turns reviving and restoring infernape and dialgas health(i usually catch Pokemon 3-6 in victory rd. Since they high lvl and can take more damage).after the battle fully revive and restore all Pokemon even 3-6 and repeatuntil you win. Works for me but at the league it can take some luck and patience if Pokemon 1 and 2 aren't strong enough
