How do you get the fith gym leader in her gym I have the first four and was wondering what you do before you can battle her

After you beat Wake, there will be a Galactic Grunt at the doorway to the Great Marsh, talk to him and he'll run. Follow him, you'll battle your rival, so heal before you find him. Keep chasing him until you get to the Lake Front and he'll battle you. After you beat him, go up and Cynthia will give you the secret potion to clear up the Psyducks headache on the route just above Solaceon Town.
Get the HM Defog (talk to the ace trainer in the Great Marsh) and go through that route to Celestic Town. There's a Galactic Grunt in town and you have to beat him, you go in the cave with Cynthia's Grandmother and she'll give you the HM Surf. Fantina will be at her Gym now.
