Uxie?!
So I've been to all of the lakes. I've captured Dialga and Azelf. Mesprite is in my pokedex. But Uxie's not? I've tried looking in the lake where he's supposed to be but he's not there... :[ I'm starting to think about having to redo the whole game over ago because I need him for the national pokedex.
Help is appreciated!

Uxie should be there.
He should be inside the cave thats in the middle of the lake in snowpoint city.
If he's not then I can't help. Sorry.
