Help Finding Some Pokemon
I want to complete the sinnoh pokedex (i've seen 139 Pokemon so far) and I need help finding these last 10 pokemon. So if someone can tell me how to find them that will be much appreciated. I'll list the pokedex numbers of these pokemon:

054: oreburgh gate 1st basement, eterna city, pastoria great marsh, ravaged path, lake acuity, lace valor, routes 203, 204, 205, 208, 210.
065: Alakazam. Trade only evolve Kadabra.
081: fuego ironworks.
108: lake valor (mass outbreak)
111: route 227, stark mountain.
135: Jolteon. Use thunder stone on Eevee.
139: Omastar. Evolve Omanyte at lvl 40.
146: Moltres. Transfer from FireRed/ Leafgreen by Pal Park.
147: Mount coronet 4fl. Fish with super rod.
148: same as 147.

054: Vespiquen. Evolve a female Combee at lvl 21.
065: Valley Windwork's (appear's only on a friday)
081: Route 208, 210, 212, ravaged path, eterna city, celestic town (use super rod).
108: Spiritomb. Broken stone tower. You need to greet 32 people in the underground before he appear's.
111: Garchomp. Evolve Gabite at lvl 48.
135: route 205, 218, 219, 221, canalve city (use super rod).
139: Milotic. Evolve Feebas with a high beauty.
146: Lake acuity (after visiting spear piller)
147: Lake verity (after visiting spear piller)
148: Lake valor (after visiting spear piller)

Both 146 and 147 may or may not flee use mean look to prevent fleeing, if fleed use marking map
