What are some good Pokemon to use in the contests? Also, what are their moves? And finally, what poffins should I use on them to get the highest level of beauty, toughness, smarts, etc? I also need the berries if you can.

Well first off there are no good Pokemon to use just depends on the moves they have, so if your entering a Pokemon with all Cool moves into a Toughness contest your going to fail. Spicy Poffins raise Coolness.
Dry Poffins raises Beauty.
Sour Poffins raises Toughness.
Bitter Poffins raises Smartness.
Sweet Poffins raises Cuteness.
To make sure your getting the best Poffin check the label to make sure how Spicy/Dry/Sour/Bitter/Sweet the Poffin, bigger is better here. Then feed whatever Poffin you make to the correct pokemon. The Berries, well check your labels and find the if for exsample your looking for a Spicy Berry find the Spicest berry you have then plant it untill you have i'd say about 50 so you still have some left over if you want to use them again. Then make them into Poffins, try and get as many accessories as you can, pratise makes perfect and there we go. It may take awhile but the results are worth it!
If you use Action Replay codes, you can give a Pokemon 3 lv99 poffins and it will max out all of his show stats and luster. Here's the code...
