You can try but only works with an action replay.The results could be random but more likely to be a bad egg.

No it cannot as Heatran is a Legendaey Pokemon and therefore cannot breed. And the Egg is always the same as the Mother Pokemon unless you se a ditto.

If you want empolion egg you need to breed it with ditto i hope its work.
