You cannot find deoxys in diamond you have to transfer it from emerald ruby or sapphire or you can use an action replay and get the pokemodifier code that letsyou catch it in the wild. Other than that you would have to go to a pokeconvention.

It is impossible to obtain deoxys on your own.
You need to visit a Pokemon event or transfer from another game

You cannot obtain this Pokemon in this game unless you trade from the Wi-Fi trading center with someone else, or you buy him from a Nintendo Event... Which is a rare event held in various locations.

Deoxys will soon be sent to all Pokemon Diamond,Platinum and Pearl games and will be able to be found in the wild.
