Certain Pokemon need friendship to evolove, what levels do they have to be to evolve???

Ya like jacky said you can have them at any level you just have to use them so much to where when you click on them where they float on your poketech they have 2 giant hearts. Then just level them up once and they will evolve.

It doesnt matter. As long as it likes you, it will evolve upon leveling up once .
