Where do you find Barbroach and Manaphy. I need them to help me get the national dex.

Barboach is a sailor somewhere( I don't know soirry)
And manaphy is in a book in celestic or canalave library(again I don't remember)

Barbroch is I think in mount corenet (sorry bout the spelling)as for manaphy you don't need it to get the national dex.

Barbroach can be found, I believe in the water in the sandstorm area {fishing}
Above the resort area. Manaphy must be transfered to your game through
Pokemon ranger
