HELP!!!!!! I Really have a lot of Questions!!!!
What Pokemon can learn out rage?How do you teach pokemonout rage?I really want a garchomp LV.100 so can I have the Action Replay code for build your own Pokemon or the cheat for a garchomp LV.100 with these following moves out rage, close combat,flare blitz and shadow force.And for build your own Pokemon cheat so I have the same moves as before please cause I really want a LV.100 garchomp?I really want all Pokemon cheat so I can have every single Pokemon even palkia and darkrai,so you know so like every single Pokemon you can get in diamond and I really want palkia as well?

These Pokemon can learn outrage...
Charmander- Egg move
Gible- Egg move
Larvitar- Egg move
Dratini- Lvl 51
Dragonair- Lvl 61
Dragonite- Lvl 64
If you don't know how to get outrage as an egg move you have to have 1 Dratini or it's evolution, (Male), and a Gible or one of it's evolutions (Female). Make sure Dratini knows Outrage, and then put the two Pokemon in the day care center and wait for an egg. Hatch it and it will be a Gible that knows outrage.
And I can't answer your questions about AR because I don't have one because I don't cheat.
