This one goes along with my other question for the legendaries like suicune and jirachi how am I supposed to get those and the 2nd generation Pokemon

You can wait until Heart Gold and Soul Silver come out, or you can use Pokemon Colosseum and trade those Pokemon to a GBA game, and them migrate them to your game.
