Get it to Pokemon platianum go to floaroma town with shaymin in your party and someone should give you some flower. Select the flower in the day then select shaymin then BOOM sky form horay

You have to have Pokemon platinum and go to the front of floraroma town, where you see a blonde woman. Talk to her and she'll give you one. Shaymin will not be in sky forme IF you trade him also, if they are frozen and/or it is nightime the same goes.
