I've beat the elite four and champion and when I get to the battle area the people just say I have to go to thebattle tower and I allready have I heard thet you have to complete the pokedex but I can't find a combee I have looked every where please help me thanks =-)

To get a combee, slather honey on a yellow tree.
I believe that by the way you have said it in the question that you only need to see a combee, and the easiest way to do that is to battle trainers at route 208, one of them will have Combee.
