After you battle dialga, you just go North of where you fought it.
P.S. Its not Diagala, it's Dialga

After you battle him (or you can come back anytime, it doesn't matter) go just a bit beyond him and there's stairs, there should be a pokeball at the end and when you get it it's the Adamant Orb.
