How do I get the deep sea tooth and the deep sea scale

Its not in the game first of all so if you have an action replay,use the all basic items code or simply trade Pokemon with others attached with the items.

The Deep Sea Tooth can be found on wild Carvanha and Sharpedo's, these can be found by a Super Rod in the Great March, and the Deap Sea Scale can be found on wild Chincou and Lanturn, and these can be found on Route 220. Make sure you have the National Dex.
Of course, not all of them will have the items on them, but after a few tries you should find them. You can also try and use the TM Thief.

Deap Sea tooth- Wild Carhnava or Sharpedo (Super rod)
Deap Sea Scale- Wild Chincou and Lanturn (Super rod)
