You have to catch all the unown and then go to the ruin maniac cave and he will say:"my digging punched me into this weird place" and in there there will be ? And ! Unown and a door go through the door and you will be on the top

First catch all 25 unown (Does not include the ? Unown or the ! Unown) Then go to veilstone and go southeast. Go in the cave. Walk all the way across. Find a ending entrance. Wallap!
Note:Remember, you have to of caught these Unowns ABCDEFGHIJKLOMNPQRSTUVWXY and Z. Then that will activate it.
