i have alot of questions !
How do I find or get a eeve egg?
How do I find a charmander?
How do I find bualbasuar?
How do I find a mankey?
How can I find arcanine?
What Pokemon evolves with the shiny stone?
Witch Pokemon evolves with water stone?
What Pokemon evolves from oval stone?
What Pokemon evolves with dawn stone?
What Pokemon evolves with dusk stone?
What Pokemon evolves with leaf stone?
What Pokemon evolves with fire stone?
Am I asking you too many questions?

I'll answer all your questions in order:
1. Without using an action replay,you would need to have the national dex then go to Hearthome City and go into the house next to the Pokemon center and talk to the girl named Bebe and she'll give you a eevee in your party [make sure you have an empty slot in your party before you talk to her]
#2,3,4,and 5 without using an action replay can only be obtained through migrate,gts,or trade.
For #6-12,I'm not sure if you mean the evolution stones for eevee or pokemons so I'm just going to post what I know.
6/9. I think Togetic to evolve into Togekiss or it was the damn stone.
7. Eevee,Poliwhirl,and Staryu.
8. I don't know about that one sorry.
10. I think Misdreavus.
11. Gloom,Weepinbell,and Exeggcute.
12. Eevee and Growlithe.

1.you can migrate it from the earlier games.
2-5.Migrate or use GTS to get charmander,bulbasaur. I thnk you can catch a mankey in diamond. I also think you have to migrate a growlithe to your game then use a fire stone on it to make it evolve or you could just migrate a arcanine.

7.The following Pokemon evolve when exposed to a Water Stone:
Lombre to Ludicolo
Staryu to Starmie
Eevee to Vaporeon
Poliwhirl to Poliwrath
8.It evolves to chansey by holding a oval stone and making it happy.
First, it hatches from it's egg and obviously is a Happiny and when it's leveled up holding an Oval Stone, it evolves into Chansey. Chansey evolves into Blissey via happiness. So the evolution is Happiny, Chansey, and Blissey.
9.First, you need to find the dawn stone (route 225 or 228). After you have the dawn stone, you give it to your Togetic and it should evolve into a Togekiss.
10.find a dusk stone in Pokemon diamond or pearl and it evolves to mismagius.
11.gloom into vileplume
-weepinbell into victreebel
-exeggcute into exegutor
-nuzleaf into shiftry
12. Evee and growlithe and vulpix
