Well, my Action Replay COMPLETELY CRASHED. It deleted ALL of my codes, and won't connect to my computer. All I can say is, be careful it may crash, or maybe it needs dusted. There may be dirt down there so blow any dirt off.

I have had the same problem, but a quick email to Datel tech support gave me the following advice and link which may or may not be helpful to you

Quote:"BEFORE INSTALLING THE NEW CODE MANAGER SOFTWARE:
You must make sure you completely remove the old USB driver. To do this, be sure the Action Repaly hardware is plugged into the Nintendo DS. Then, open the Device Manager and locate the entry for the USBIO controlled devices. Right clicking on the NDS Link / Action Replay device and choose Uninstall Driver. This MUST be done before installing the new software. Extract the zipped archive to a folder on your desktop, and run the included Setup file to install the Action Replay Code Manager. After installing this software, you may connect your Action Replay to a free USB port directly on the PC to begin driver installation. If you are required to point to the location of the drivers, they may be found in the folder to which you extracted the files from the download. http://www.datelcustomerservice.com/files/N..

NOTE: If you had an older version of the Code Manager Software previously installed on your PC, you MUST update the device drivers to the new Action Replay DS Device drivers. To update to the new Action Replay DS Device Drivers, you will need to uninstall the drivers from the previous version. Please follow the steps below. 1. In Device Manager, right click on the device

2. Choose Uninstall

3. Once the drivers are uninstalled, choose "Scan for Hardware Changes" from the "Actions" menu at the top of the screen. 4. Once scanning is complete, exclamation points will appear next to the device to let you know that drivers are not installed. 5. Right click on the device and choose "Update Drivers"

6. Choose "Install from a list or specific location"

7. Choose the location of the software folder. (Locate the folder that you extracted to your desktop during the software download)
