NEW TO DIAMOND HELP
Hey guys is there a daycare cheat for diamond and is there sercet bases

No day care cheat, sorry. There is Secret Bases, underground Not a move like Pokemon emrald, sappire, and ruby. The Explorer Kit will take you there. You nedd a Digger Drill to make the base.

I don't think there is any cheat unless by AR. The Secret bases are underground though. You go to Eterna City and go into the house next door to the Pokemon Center. You then talk to the old man in blue and he will give you the Explorer Kit key item and a digger drill after his tests. (The Digger Drill will allow you to make a secret base in any part of the wall underground it is under the traps section in the menu down there.)

There are no day care cheats that I am aware of sorry. There are in fact secret bases in Diamond and Pearl. Unlike Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, you cannot create a secret base in the region itself. You can only create secret bases in the Sinnoh Underground. You have to get the Explorer Kit key item, given to you by a guy in the building next to the Pokemon Center in Eterna City, to be able to get into the Sinnoh Underground. That guy will also give you a Digger Drill. In the Sinnoh Underground, that item is needed to create a secret base. When you make a secret base, you may notice some rocks in there. To remove all the rocks, you must get 40 flag captures from other people's bases. When done, you will be able to remove all rocks inside your secret base.
