Nope, it really doesnt matter to get event Pokemon from the GBA games because there not probaly going to hold an event like that again. But if you really want a Mew hack using a AR, Waut for another event(Might not happen) or ask a friend to give you one. P.S No legendary Pokemon will come to honey trees.

I'm not really sure if the honey thing works but I don't think you should try it. It might be a waste of money.
But there is another way to get Mew & that is to get Pokemon Ranch and put 999 Pokemon in & Haley will give you it in exchange for any egg
