Go to Jubilife City and enter the TV Station; go to the 3rd floor and talk to the man at the bottom; when he asks you for your opinion enter: Everyone Happy then Wi-Fi Connection. When you start the game in the main menu it will say Mystery Gift.

If chu have Pokemon Revolution on the Wii chu can pass all collosums then go to main menu & go to shopping then go mystery gift then chu will see a free mystery gift
