I heard that Wynaut or Wobuffet has that ability? If so, where can I find a Wynaut or Wobuffet. (Need a Pokemon like that to catch Cressilia and Mesprite)

You need to transfer it from emerald, firered, or leafgreen then go to poke park and capture him there , which you need to obtain surf and or beat the game to do so.
Actually, wobbufet/Wynaut's ability won't work on Levitating Pokemon. Your best bet is to get a fast Umbreon from Pal Park and to have it use mean look at the start of the battle. That's the strategy I used to catch them both (cresselia/mesprit). Also, you DO need to beat your game first.
I know that any Pokemon knowing mean look would do the trick, so just teach mean look to one of your pokemon
Wobbuffet can be obtained by migrating him from Pokemon Ruby, Pokemon Sapphire, Pokemon Emerald, Pokemon Fire Red or Pokemon Leaf Green. Wobbuffet can also be obtained by using Pokeradar on any of the three lakes. Another Pokemon that can keep Pokemon in battle is Crobat who can use Mean Look (which keep those Pokemon in battle). Good Luck catching Cressila/mesprite! Hope I helped!
Whynut can be obtained by migrating from ruby sapphire or emerald. You can also obtain them by using pokeradar in the three lakes.hope you can catch one!!!!!!lol.hope I helped.
You can go for pokemons with Trap Arena ability,
My diglett / dugtrio helped me catching suicune in FR
