Where are some good spots to train Pokemon at level 40 to 50?

You could train your Pokemon on Victory Road before you reach the Elite 4, cause the Pokemon there are between the lvs 40 - 45. I believe.

You can either train or battle your Pokemon by battling the Elite Four or battling wild pkmon on victory road

In my opinion victory road is the best for level 40-45 Pokemon and the Elite 4 or Survival area for the 50's Good luck training!

Try training them in victory road and trainers near sunnyshore city.
