can you buy rare canies!?
I realy need to know if you can buy rare candies because my pidgey is realy close to evolving

You can't buy rare candies. If your pidgey is close to evolving then you should just raise it level by level.

The only way to get rare candies without finding them is in the exchange building for the Battle Tower. They cost 48 BP each.

You cannot buy any rare candies. You can find them or get them from the battle tower. They cost 48 battle points each.
