What r the 3 spirits and how do I find them?
Can someone please tell me what the 3 spirits are n how I find them.

Uxie is at lake acuity,azlef is at lake valor,and mesprit is at lake verity but is like cressila, suicune,entei,raikou,and the latis(they try not to be found)sorry 4 2 much info

The 3 Spirit Pokemon(aka the Triplets of Sinnoh) are:
The Being of Knowledge, UXIE, located at Lake Acuity
The Being of WillPower, AZELF, located at Lake Valor
And
The Being of Emotion, MESPRIT, located at Lake Verity, but runs when you meet. Then it will randomly spawn around Sinnoh in the grass. Use the Tracking App on your PokEtch to predict it's movements. Also no flying. Flying will reset it's area of spawning.

Uxie is at lake Acuirity.
Azlef is at lake Valour
Mesprit is first at lake verity. But as you go and talk to it as you would with any legendary it will run around sinnoh.

The 3 Beings are Uxie, Azlef, and Mesprit. Each of the 3 is available for capture after beating the Dialga/Palkia event. Uxie is found in the island cave at Lake Acuity, Azlef is found in the island cave at Lake Valor, and Mesprit is found in the island cave at Lake Verity. Although, for Mesprit, they run off. You will have to chase after them.
