From Chansey, a rare Pokemon on Route 209 + 210 w/ a rarer item. When you find a Chansey, use Theif to steal it's item and hopefully you're LUCKY enough to find it. Good Luck.

You can find Lucky Eggs from wild Chansey, found rarely at Routes 209 and 210. The held item appearance is even rarer. When you find some Chansey, use the move Theif to attemp to take the item. If a Chansey does have one, you will get the item.

The only way to get is attached to a wild chansey. Very rare

Chansey will be 30% of the time holding one. So use TM theif on it or catch it. Wild chanseys are there in the trophy garden after you beat Aaron Bertha Flint Lucian and Cynthia talk to Mr backlot and he will say chanseys are in the garden. Sorry but I don't know what a lucky egg will do. Hope I Helped
