No, you have to see the Pokemon in the game for it to be added to your pokedex.
No they don't you have to se them in the real game by catching or seeing them in the trainer battle like when you face the elite or your rival
No they do not. The only way Pokemon can appear in the Pokedex is if you have found them in the wild, or have recieved them from a trade from a friend wirelessly, over wifi, or from the Pal Park.
