Hey on route 224 there is a white stone and when you click on it it says something about it being like a mirror does this rock do anything if so what?

No. It just there If you go to even thats where a shaymin will be but you'll have to have surf HM the event is over I think so use a Action Replay

You need oaks letter witch you get from a event and you need to right some ones name on it

You need an item called Oak's Letter. By bringing this, it will activate the Shaymin Event. When you bring it there, you will see Professor Oak there. When you give it to him, a long, might I say really long pathway will appear. Shaymin level 30 will be on the other side available for capture.

You need Oak's letter to activate the shaymin event. You have to say what you give thanks for on the rock. I did "pokemon" Hope it helped!
