Lol no of course not. You can't get kicked off. Unless your internet connection is bad and it automatically kicks you off. Action Replay will not get you kicked off I assure you. Hope I helped you and please rate my answer

No you don't but if you play against a friend with it that doesn't have an Action Replay, then they aren't going to play you until you don't use it. Hope this helps you out.
