Nope. If you haven't lost at the tower since you beat the tycoon, then you can keep battling more people and eventually you will battle him again. Only this time he is stronger.
Also you could fill up your pokedex and complete it. Takes a while but it is something to do.
Or you can beat all the contests. Master Rank.
There is always something to do.

Pokemon isn't a game that you would actually 'beat'.
There's always something else you can do, not saying that they may all be meaningless and time-consuming, but there's never nothing you can do.
Contests, Pokedex, WiFi battles, the Underground and training.
There's a list of something to do, and after a while, the Underground gets addicting.

It's never over. U can still battle, train, catch, and participate in Contests. And if have Wi-Fi, there are other trainers to trade and battle. That's the beauty of RPGs.
