I found a pink and yellow sneasel in the building behind the gym in snowpoint city I think it is a shiny I don't know because I didn't see the sparcles at the start of the battle but I do think it is a shiny.

Yes. It is a shiny with the correct colors. But it is odd why the sparkle didn't appear.

Yes,it is shiny.Perhaps the sparkle didn't appear because there is a glitch in the game.Are you using an Action Replay for your game?
