Where can I find the dubios disc and protecter in diamond and pearl

Ok, I know where you get the disc. But I forgot where you get the protecter. The dubious disc(+ the upgrade)can be obtained if you find all the Pokemon in the pokedex.(I recomend using AR code.) Then if you are still trying to complete the sinnoh pokedex, once you complete the sinnoh pokedex.(no matter if you use the AR code or not.) goto prof. Rowan's lab and talk to rowan. After you talk to him prof. Oak will come in and just talk and give you the national pokedex. Then you have to fill that up.(use AR or this will take forever.)Then goto Eterna city and goto the house that is right on the left from the bicycle route. Go in there and talk to prof. Oak and he will give you the dubious disc and the upgrade. Hope I helped.
