The only way you can get munchlax is if you put a female snorelax in the daycare with one of the insenses.(not sure which one exactly sorry!)Then put a boy snorelax un the daycare as well.(I'm also not sure which one has to hold the insense or both. Again sorry!) Then you wait until they lay an egg. Wait until it hatches. It should be a muchlax. Hope I helped.(Boy I'm a real help lol.)
P.s. It won't work if you don't put two snorelax with the same gender or with a ditto.

OK there are 3 ways to get muncklax
First, put 2 snorlaxs in daycare 1 male 1 female then give one a full incense (i think if not then it's lax)and get the egg and hatch it.
Or get honey from the guy in floraroma town in the little house above the town (get lots) and put it on all the trees you can find but remember where you put it (you have a very slim chance of getting him )
Or go to the trading forums of Pokemon diamond and ask some one for it
