Take it to the move tutor and get it to relearn it and level it up one level

Piloswine learns ancientpower as a starting move. So, the only way to get it is to get a Heart Scale and give it to the Pastoria move tutor guy.

It doesn't learn it. You need to take it to the move tutor and have it re-learn it.
