Why,When or how do I get in the place with the smugged writing ou can't read and the door is locked?

You can go into the old Hotel, located in Canalave City, by using the Members Card to open the door. You can receive the Members Card by either a Nintendo Event or by the Mystery Gift. After you go into the hotel, a man will ask to put you to sleep. Say yes, and he will put you to sleep. You will wake up, in your dreams, on New Moon Island. Follow the path and at the end of the path, Darkrai will be waiting for you. You can then go and battle / catch Darkrai.
