1) Pal Park wil be opened once you receive the National Pokedex from Professor Oak.

2) To obtain the National Pokedex, you must first see every Pokemon in Sinnoh. Next, go show your now completed Sinnoh Pokedex to Professor Rowan. Next, Professor Oak will come, and give you the National Pokedex.

3) The passage ways to the Survival Area and Resort Area will become opened once you receive the National Pokedex from Professor Oak.

1. Once you get your Pokedex upgraded to National by Professor Oak, you will be able to access the Pal Park.

2. To get the National Pokedex, you must see (not catch) every single Pokemon in the Sinnoh region. Once done, show that to Professor Rowan. Professor Oak will show up and upgrade your Pokedex to the National Pokedex

3. The other places in that area of the region will be accessable when you get your National Pokedex.

1. Pal park you beat the game and complete the sinoh dex.

2.you complete the sinoh dex.

3.you beat the elite four
