To get Darkrai, you must first get the Member's Card from either a Nintendo Event or by the Mystery Gift. Next, you must go to Canalave City, to the old hotel, which is the small building in the very Northeastern corner of Canalave City. Use the Member's Card to open the door, then go in. Next, the man inside will offer you to sleep, and except his offer. You will be in your dreams, on New Moon Island. Next, make your way up the Island. At the very end of the Island, Darkrai will be waiting. You will then be able to face Darkrai. Hope this helps you!!!

The event for that has passed if you still want him you need to use a Action Replay.

To capture Darkrai, you first obtain the Member's Card either from a Nintendo Event, Action Replay, or Mystery Gift. Next, go to Canalave City. You know the Inn in the far north area of Canalave? With the Memver's Card, that Inn will be unlocked. Go inside. The man you will see inside will offer to go to sleep. Accept the offer. You will then appear on an island called New Moon Island. Make your way though the island. Darkrai will be there to greet you at the end. Darkrai will be at level 40 when you face them.

First, you have to get a Member's card through a Nintendo Event or by using an Action Replay. Then, go to the hotel in canalave. Take a rest and you will have a dream about darkrai. After you catch/defeat him, you'll wake up. Even though it was a dream, you now have Darkrai. (If you caught him in your dream, of course.)
