Simple question.

How do I pass the fat guy to go to sunny shore city, the city has a blackout and I don't know what to do, I've beaten 7 gym leaders already, Please help quick.

Well, to make the man "go away", you must first have beaten the first seven Gym Leaders, Freed Mesprit, Uxie, and Azelf form Cyrus' control, Beat a member of Team Galatic at each one of the three lakes, and have battled/caught Dialga. To free Mesprit, Uxie, and Azlef from Cyrus, you must first find the Storage Key to Team Galatic's Warehouse. Next, you must battle your way through Team Galatic's Warehouse, making your way to Cyrus. Next, you must face Cyrus. After you beat Cyrus, you must release Messprit, Uxie, and Azlef from Team Galatic's Control.

After you have battled Cyrus and have freed Mesprit, Uxie, and Azlef, you must go to the top floor of the Main Library in Canalave City, and talk to Professor Rowan, Dawn or Lucas, and your Avatar's Rival. You will be assigned Lake Valor, so you must go to Lake Valor, beat all the Team Galatic Members in you way, then you must battle Cyrus (I believe). Then you must go to Lake Verity, and help Dawn, by defeating Mars. After you have defeated Mars and Cyrus, you must help you Avatar's Rival at Lake Acuity, you won't face anyone, but you will find out your Rival lost to Venus.

After you have done the Three Team Galatic Members at the Lakes and have freed Mesprit, Uxie, and Azelf from Cyrus' Control, you must battle/catch Dialga. To do so, you must enter Mt. Coronet, at the entrance left of Hearthome City, make your way up Mt. Coronet, defeating all enemies in your way, to the Spear Pillar. You will then have to team up with your Rival and face Venus and Mars. After you have defeated Mars and Venus, you will have to face Team Galatic's Leader. After you have beaten him, you will face Dialga. After you have battled/caught Dialga, the Entrance to Sunnyshore City will be opened.

You don't go that way.
If memory serves, you must first catch Dialga on Mount Coronet first.
