hey on ruby or emerald how do i get the regis
I know you have 2 have wailord and relicanth in you're party and stuff and the location near pacifalog but what do I do after that??? I know to dive but I can't get in the circle of rocks,but anyway plse help

First off, this is the wrong game to ask that qeustion for, but ill go ahead and answer it.
First You must have Relicanth and Wailord in your party and you gotta be able to Surf and Dive, and also need Dig for the undersea cave. If you want you can go ahead and put Realicanth up first and Wailord in the last, like you're supposed to, but it's not neccesary yet.
Now go to Pacifidlog town and surf to the West. Go as far south as possible and THEN enter the rapids. Now cross the island you land on and go to the southernmost point again before surfing. On the next island you can surf off any point and land on a shallow water area. NOW LISTEN CLOSELY. From the farthest point left on that shallow area, go to the top and then take two steps down. NOW you can use surf and make it to the deep water you can dive in. This will take you to the undersea cavern. Go all the way down and then stop in front of the block of brail on the cave face. Now go up using dive and you should be in the cave. Go to the back of the cave and read the brail. Now use dig. It should open up the cavern instead of taking you out of the cave. Go to the biggest middle mound and (when you have reli in front and Wai in last) read it. It should trigger an earthquake.
Now you can go after the regi's. Regice is a short Surf from Mr. Briney's house. Registeel is in the Tomb outside of Fortree city (go east then south then go up the south stairs and find his tomb). Regirock is in the Desert of route 111. In each of the Regi's caves, there is a puzzle that is in the brail. I can't remember which goes with which, but I know that one is "run one lap w/o straying from the wall" do that. Another is "Left, Left, down, down, then use Rock Smash". The last is "go to the center and use Flash". I believe that Steel is the third, Rock is the 2nd, and Ice is the 1st. Srry that I have to guess about this. XD
