After you have battled/caught/beaten Heatran, you can face Regigigas, Cresselia, or Giratina:

Regigigas - Can be found on the lowest floor in Snowpoint Temple. It can only be awaken if you have Regice, Regirock, and Registeel.

Giratina - You must make your way through the Spring Pass, which is connected to Route 214, and once you go through the entrance at the end of the Spring Pass, you will now be in the Sendoff Spring. You must then make your way up and through the Sendoff Spring and to Turnback Cave. Located somewhere in Turnback cave, is Giratina.

Cresselia - Go to Canalave City, to the house of the sailorman, and talk to his wife then try talking to his son. After you have done this, you will be able to and must sail to Full Moon Island. After landing on Full Moon Island, make your way up the pass, and enter through the passage at the end, and then you must try to battle Cresselia, but it will fly away. So after this has happened, you must use your Marking Map App on your Pokedex, to track down Cresselia. But be aware, once you find it and are in battle with it, it will try to run away on it's first turn, so try to stop it from running away, "Mean Look" is a very a good move to make it impossible for it to run away.

Try to:

Win 100 times at the battle tower.

Complete your pokedex.

Battle people online.

Get all of the legendaries.

Raise your Pokemon to level 100.

If you did all of that, then congradulations! You're a true Pokemon Master!
